If you shop at Bee Life Imkerei as a consumer, you have statutory warranty rights if goods are defective. Your point of contact is Bee Life Imkerei as the seller.
Your rights if goods are defective
You can first request a remedy – generally, at your choice, either repair of the defect or delivery of goods free from defects. The statutory requirements and limitations apply. Subject to the statutory requirements, you may also reduce the purchase price, withdraw from the contract or claim damages.
Claims concerning defects in our goods generally become time-barred two years after delivery. Statutory extensions and special provisions remain unaffected. If a defect is remedied by repair under the statutory warranty, the original limitation period is extended once by twelve months in accordance with the applicable statutory provision.
Statutory warranty and shelf life
The warranty period is not a promise that food, cosmetics or other consumable products will remain usable or keep for two years. Please follow the shelf-life, use and storage instructions on the product.
These instructions do not limit your statutory rights concerning defects. Original packaging is not required to exercise statutory warranty rights.
How to report a defect
Contact us using the contact details provided on our contact page. Where possible, include your order number and a description of the defect. Photographs can help us assess the issue.
Any additional commercial guarantee granted is independent of your statutory warranty rights.
